This session was a great way to finish off the year. It’s always enjoyable for me to meet couples who are travelling to New York, like this energetic and good looking due who hail from Florida, because I get to hang out with them at some of NYC’s best locations. Lucky we scheduled the session when we did because not long after our session, the temps turned arctic and they still haven’t bounced back (ugghhh). It’s always interesting learning about my clients’ backgrounds too – many of us weren’t born in America but made our way here – like the wife who grew up in Bulgaria but came to America to study and met her lovely husband sometime after that. And she couldn’t have found a lovelier husband, as it was the husband who contacted me to arrange the photo shoot as a surprise for his wife who really wanted some professional photos of the two of them. I mentioned recently how much I enjoyed my couples’ sessions (see that blog post here) and I couldn’t have been blessed with a better couple to round out 2017.
